Maintenance Works by Bicommunal Technical Committee on Mosque and School in Agios Thomas, Limassol

The Bicommunal Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage is carrying out maintenance work on the mosque and the old school building in the Agios Thomas community of Limassol. The protection works are financially supported by the European Union and technically supported by UNDP. The T/C Co-Chair of the Committee, Ali Tunçai, announced the start of the works via social media, also expressing his gratitude to the experts and workers involved in the project. The committee continues its work to preserve the cultural heritage of Cyprus, promoting cooperation between the two communities. The maintenance of historical buildings contributes to highlighting the common cultural identity of the island.
