Gaza: Over 100 Children Killed After 'Ceasefire', UNICEF Reports

UNICEF has reported that over 100 children have been killed in Gaza since the start of the ceasefire in October, as a result of Israeli military operations. James Elder, a UNICEF spokesperson, stated that the number of casualties is likely underestimated, as it is based on limited information. The deaths were primarily caused by airstrikes, drone attacks, tank shelling, and gunfire, with few cases attributed to unexploded ordnance. Despite the ceasefire, bombings and shootings have not completely stopped, endangering the survival of children in Gaza. UNICEF emphasizes that the military operations are a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement.
