Earthquake Shakes Off Coast of Cyprus

An earthquake of magnitude 3.7 struck off the coast of Cyprus early this morning, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre. The epicenter of the earthquake was located 73 kilometers northwest of Polis Chrysochous. The earthquake was felt by residents in the Paphos province, as reported by EMSC. There are currently no reports of damage or injuries. Authorities are monitoring the situation and no warnings have been issued for potential aftershocks. The earthquake was relatively small and did not cause concern, however seismic activity in the area is being closely monitored.
