Alpha Bank Acquires "Minion" Complex for €36.7 Million

Dimand Real Estate has completed the sale of the “Minion” complex to Alpha Bank for €36.7 million, finalizing the first of three major deals it has planned. Dimand had invested €22 million in the property. “Minion” is a mixed-use complex of 13,878 sq.m. in the center of Athens, with significant tenants such as Inditex and DEI. Alpha Bank aims to double its income-generating real estate portfolio, from €500 million today to €1 billion in the coming years. Dimand plans to develop the remaining building of the complex for residential use and proceed with the sale of the Piraeus Tower and the office building in Nea Chalkidona in 2026. Analysts predict significant profits for Dimand from property sales by 2028.
