Video Analysis Contradicts Official Accounts of Deadly Shooting by ICE Agent

An analysis of four videos from the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Alex Pretti by an ICE agent in Minneapolis contradicts claims of self-defense made by authorities and Donald Trump. Eyewitnesses testify that Pretti was not holding a weapon when he approached the federal agents, and appeared to be assisting someone who had been pushed by the agents. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and President Trump claimed Pretti threatened the agents with a gun, but the videos do not support this assertion. Furthermore, a doctor stated that federal officials initially prevented medical assistance from being given to the victim. The ACLU has filed a lawsuit against Noem and other officials.
