Bishop of Tamassos and Oreini Isaiah and Monk Varnavas have denied charges of potential personal data breach related to the circulation of video footage from the cameras of the Holy Monastery of Saint Abbakum. The case, which arose from investigations by the former Personal Data Protection Commissioner, will be heard on May 12, 2026. The prosecuting authority has already summoned three witnesses, who are the investigators of the case.
