Minister of Justice Visits Athens for Working Meeting

The Minister of Justice and Public Order, Kostas Fytiris, will visit Athens on Monday, January 12th, for a series of meetings with the Ministers of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, Vassilis Kikilias, Justice, Georgios Floridis, and Citizen Protection, Michalis Chrysochoidis. The purpose of the meetings is to strengthen cooperation between Cyprus and Greece on issues of maritime security, law enforcement, justice, and police cooperation. In addition, they will be briefed on the priorities of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the EU and the Informal Council of Justice and Home Affairs to be held in Nicosia on January 21-23.
