First Projects of the Mediterranean Pact to be Presented at Informal European Council in Cyprus

The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, announced that the first concrete cooperation projects within the framework of the Mediterranean Pact will be presented at the Informal European Council to be held in Cyprus on April 23rd and 24th. Cyprus, during its Presidency of the Council of the EU, will strengthen the EU's relations with countries in the Middle East, leveraging its geographical location, political credibility, and knowledge of the region. The aim is to promote stability, security, and cooperation in the area.
