Caracas and Havana Reveal Names of 55 Military Personnel Killed in Maduro Capture Attempt

Cuba and Venezuela have released the names of 55 military personnel killed during the US operation to capture President Nicolas Maduro. Cuba announced the deaths of 32 members of its security services, while Venezuela reported 23 of its military personnel killed. The operation, which involved bombings and the use of approximately 200 soldiers and 150 aircraft, targeted Fuerte Tiuna and other military complexes in Caracas. The interim President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, declared a seven-day national mourning period in honor of the victims and assured that Venezuela is governed by its own people and not by foreign powers.
