Cyprus Stock Exchange Opens the Week with Gains

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) opened the week with gains, as the General Index closed at 292.30 points, recording an increase of 0.59%. The FTSE/CySE 20 index recorded losses of 0.12%, reaching 174.42 points. The value of transactions amounted to 324,105.09 euros. The Main Market, Investment Companies and Hotels recorded gains, while the Alternative Market recorded losses. The share of Bank of Cyprus had the largest trading volume (220,347.88 euros) with a slight price decrease (-0.23%). They were followed by Eurobank Cyprus, Dimetra Investment, Cyprus Cement Company and Logicom. In total, seven shares moved upwards, six downwards and three remained stable. The number of transactions reached 129.
