EU Commissioners Convene in Cyprus for First-Ever Meeting

The European Commission's College of Commissioners is convening for the first time in Cyprus, as part of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the EU. Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and the European Commissioners are on the island for a two-day working visit. The meeting is taking place in a specially designed hall at the port of Limassol, with scheduled meetings between Cabinet members and Commissioners to discuss issues on the European agenda and the priorities of the Cypriot Presidency. The program also includes a visit to the Green Line and a dinner hosted by President Christodoulides.
