Images 'Burn' Club Owners: Under Scrutiny for Manslaughter After Deadly Fire

Serious questions are being raised about the safety conditions at the Le Constellation nightclub in Crans Montana, Switzerland, following the deadly fire that broke out on New Year's Eve. Photos that have come to light show the owners, Jacques and Jessica Moretti, personally involved in the renovation work of the premises in 2015, raising suspicions of possible omissions in fire safety measures and construction interventions. The fire, which started from fireworks sparks, caused the death of at least 40 people and injured 119, mostly young people. Authorities are considering bringing manslaughter charges against the owners if they are found responsible for the safety deficiencies.
