Investigation Launched by Cyprus Public Health Services Organization into Comatose Patient Case

The Cyprus Public Health Services Organization (OKYPY) has launched an investigation into the case of a 42-year-old patient who is in a comatose state at the Larnaca General Hospital. The patient, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, experienced a deterioration in her health following a hysterectomy. Her family had filed a complaint with the hospital administration regarding the events leading to the worsening of her condition. OKYPY has appointed responsible officials to record and evaluate all relevant events.
