Israel Extends 'Yellow Line' and Displaces Thousands of Palestinians

Despite the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, Israeli attacks and violations of the agreement continue. The Israeli military is expanding the so-called 'yellow line' in the eastern sector of Gaza, confining Palestinians to increasingly smaller areas and threatening access to Salah al-Din Road. Israel now controls more than 50% of the Gaza Strip. Since the ceasefire began, Israeli attacks have killed at least 414 Palestinians and injured 1,145. Furthermore, Israel is denying entry to foreign journalists into the Palestinian enclave, citing security concerns, despite pressure from the Foreign Press Association in Jerusalem.
