Israel Signs Trilateral Military Cooperation Agreement with Cyprus and Greece

Israel has announced the signing of an agreement for trilateral military cooperation with Cyprus and Greece. The relevant work plans, concerning military cooperation between the three countries, as well as the Israeli Defense Forces with those of Greece and Cyprus, were signed in Cyprus last week. The agreement includes joint exercises and training, the establishment of working groups in various fields, and a strategic dialogue on matters of mutual interest. The Israeli delegation, led by Brigadier General Amit Adler, met with its counterparts from Greece and Cyprus in Nicosia. This cooperation is a continuation and deepening of relations between the three countries in the military sphere. The goal is to strengthen stability, security, and peace in the Eastern Mediterranean region. The trilateral cooperation is considered important in a geopolitically sensitive environment. The signing of the work plans marks a further step towards closer military cooperation, which is expected to contribute to addressing common challenges and promoting the mutual interests of the three states.
