Israel Strikes Lebanon Again and Orders Village Evacuations

Israel has warned of impending strikes in Lebanon, issuing evacuation orders for four villages in the eastern and southern parts of the country. According to an Israeli army spokesperson, the attacks are targeting "military infrastructure" belonging to Hezbollah and Hamas in the villages of Hamara and Ain el-Tine in the Bekaa Valley of eastern Lebanon, and Kfar Hatta and Anan in the south. The warning emphasizes that remaining in these areas endangers the safety of residents. The Israeli side communicated with residents via the X platform, in Arabic, urging them to evacuate. This escalation comes during a period of heightened tension in the region, with concerns about further clashes between Israel and Lebanon.
