Kassianidou Pleased with Inauguration Ceremony, Congratulates Contributors

The Deputy Minister of Culture, Vasiliki Kassianidou, expressed her satisfaction with the inauguration ceremony of the Cypriot Presidency, highlighting the positive feedback received. The ceremony was the result of months of work and daily rehearsals with over 100 creators. As part of the Presidency, Cypriot culture will be presented in 31 countries, from Australia to Africa, with the aim of showcasing both the modern and ancient cultural heritage of Cyprus. The cultural program will be implemented with a budget of over 4 million euros and includes events in major museums such as the Louvre and the Picasso Museum, as well as in Cyprus. The selection of artists was based on a scoring system and in collaboration with the Embassies.
