The Minister of Labour, Marinos Mousiouttas, emphasized the need to swiftly complete the discussion of the bill regarding the extension of Collective Bargaining Agreements, as the delay is already significant. Following a session of the Labour Advisory Board, he stated that the reform of the pension system remains a priority, with the aim of completing and approving the new reform by Parliament by 2026 for implementation in 2027. Regarding the minimum wage, clarifications were provided on the methodology and criteria used to determine it, while the Minimum Wage Adjustment Committee will continue its work in 2026.
