Following the injury to Pieros Sotiriou, APOEL coach Pablo Garcia is looking for a striker to strengthen the team. The APOEL management recognizes the difficulty of finding an immediate replacement for Sotiriou in January, but is determined to consider all available options. A transfer will only be made if a good opportunity arises that will add quality to the team. They will not proceed with a transfer just to fill the void, but will wait for the right player.
