Ο τραυματισμός του Πιέρου Σωτηρίου είναι πολύ σοβαρός και θα τον αφήσει έξω για το υπόλοιπο της χρονιάς.
Ελπίδα όλων στο ΑΠΟΕΛ είναι όπως ο Κύπριος επιθετικός πατήσει σταδιακά γήπεδο αρχές του καλοκαιριού και να είναι έτοιμος κατά την περίοδο Αυγούστου-Σεπτεμβρίου.
Όλα θα εξαρτηθούν από το πόσο καλά θα πάει η αποθεραπεία του, αν όλα πάνε καλά όμως τότε αναμένεται ότι το καλοκαίρι σταδιακά θα ανεβάσει ρυθμούς και δεν θα χάσει σημαντικό διάστημα από την έναρξη του νέου πρωταθλήματος.

Pieros Sotiriou of APOEL has sustained a serious injury that will keep him out of action for the remainder of the season. The team hopes he can begin a gradual rehabilitation program in early summer, aiming for him to be ready for the start of the new league in August-September. The success of his recovery will determine the timeline for his return.
