SpaceX: First De-orbiting of International Space Station for Medical Reasons

Four SpaceX astronauts returned to Earth early due to a "serious" medical problem experienced by a crew member. The Crew Dragon capsule landed off the coast of California. This is the first time astronauts have been rescued from the International Space Station (ISS) for medical reasons since the station was put into orbit in 1998. The sick astronaut, whose identity has not been revealed, is now in good condition. NASA has not released details about the health problem.
