Citizens' Movement Announces Three More Electoral Candidates

The Citizens' Movement – Cooperation of Citizens has announced three new candidates for the upcoming parliamentary elections. The candidates are Christos Modestou in the Limassol district, Andreas Evlavis in the Paphos district, and Pantelis Chatzigerou in the Famagusta district. Final approval of the candidates will be given by the Pan-Cypriot Conference, after the completion of the Provincial Assemblies' procedures. Christos Modestou, born in 1989 in Limassol, is a musician with studies in Byzantine Musicology and Special Education. He has been a music teacher in public education since 2023 and is the president of the Trikala Prefecture Cypriots Association, actively involved in the issues of the Cypriot Diaspora in Greece. Andreas Evlavis, born in 1955, has served as Assistant General Secretary and Paphos Provincial Secretary of the Citizens' Movement. He is a member of the Central Committee and coordinator of the Limassol and Paphos districts. He worked abroad in Arab countries and Greece. Pantelis Chatzigerou, born in 1959, holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Hospitality Management. He has worked as a business manager for approximately 20 years and has been a senior educator at the European University Cyprus & Cyprus College since 2005, teaching subjects related to management, marketing, and hospitality. He has been an active member of the Citizens' Movement since 2013.
