The New US Security Strategy and its Aggressiveness

The new National Security Strategy of the United States reveals an aggressive and hegemonic policy aimed at absolute dominance in the Western Hemisphere, containing China, and making Europe dependent. This aggressiveness is manifested in territorial claims, regime changes, and the imposition of economic sanctions, and is an indication of the decline and loss of power of the US in the emerging multipolar world. The rise of China and Russia, as well as the strengthening of relations between them, is creating a new balance of power, where no country can dominate globally. Russia has strengthened its military power and maintains significant international relations, while China is experiencing steady economic growth. Russia-China cooperation, through organizations such as BRICS and SCO, offers an alternative to countries facing pressure from the US.
