White House Unveils Plan for Post-Conflict Gaza

The White House has announced a new plan for managing the Gaza Strip, separating daily operations from higher-level political and strategic oversight at the international level. The plan is based on three main bodies with distinct responsibilities. The Non-Constitutional Administrative Group (NCAG) will be responsible for restoring basic services, stabilizing daily life, and re-establishing political and administrative structures in Gaza. Dr. Ali Saatt will head the committee, a technocrat with no political affiliations. The Peace Council will function as the supreme strategic oversight body, chaired by US President Donald Trump. It will be responsible for policy-making, mobilizing financial resources, and ensuring accountability during the reconstruction phase. The Gaza Executive Committee will act as a liaison between the technocratic administration and international actors, with representatives from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, and the UN. Additionally, Bulgarian diplomat Nikolai Mladenov has been appointed as the High Representative for Gaza, responsible for coordinating the three bodies. In the security sector, the International Stabilization Force (ISF) will be tasked with demilitarization and ensuring humanitarian aid. Initial funding has been secured, and a special fund is being created at the World Bank for reconstruction.
