No Comment from European Public Prosecutor's Office on Reports of Investigation into Feidias

The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) did not comment on reports regarding an investigation allegedly being conducted against independent MEP Feidias Panagiotou. According to an EPPO spokesperson, its policy is not to comment on ongoing investigations to protect the procedures and their outcome. The EPPO confirmed that, as a general rule, it does not publicly confirm which cases it is processing. If there is information that can be made public, it will be provided by the European Public Prosecutor's Office itself on its own initiative.
