Trump Invites Cypriot President to Gaza Peace Council

US President Donald Trump has extended an invitation to the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, to participate in the "Peace Council" for Gaza. Government sources confirmed the receipt of the letter, which proposes Cyprus's inclusion among the 25 founding states of the Council. The "Peace Council" is part of the second phase of Trump's peace plan and will involve countries that previously attended a meeting in Sharm El Sheikh, including President Christodoulides. Cyprus's participation could strengthen its role in regional peace efforts.
