H επίσκεψη του Κολλεγίου των Επιτρόπων θα λάβει χώρα στο Λιμάνι της Λεμεσού
Την εκ νέου έλευση της Προέδρου της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, Ούρσουλα Φον ντερ Λάιεν στην Κύπρο την Πέμπτη και Παρασκευή, 15-16 Ιανουαρίου 2026 ανακοίνωσε η αναπληρώτρια εκπρόσωπος της Κομισιόν, Αριάνα Ποντέστα, κατά τη μεσημβρινή ενημέρωση των διαπιστευμένων δημοσιογράφων στις Βρυξέλλες.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του ΚΥΠΕ, η επίσκεψη του Κολλεγίου των Επιτρόπων όπου προεδρεύει Φον ντερ Λάιεν, θα λάβει χώρα στο Λιμάνι της Λεμεσού το πρωί της Παρασκευής, 16 Ιανουαρίου.
Το υπόλοιπο πρόγραμμα συναντήσεων τόσο της Προέδρου, όσο και των Επιτρόπων των 27 δεν έχει γίνει ακόμη γνωστό.

Von der Leyen and the College of Commissioners to Visit Cyprus

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will visit Cyprus on January 15th and 16th, 2026, along with the College of Commissioners. The visit will take place at the Port of Limassol on Friday, January 16th. The Deputy Spokesperson of the Commission, Arianna Podestà, announced the visit during a briefing of journalists in Brussels. The full schedule of meetings for the President and the Commissioners has not yet been made public. This visit highlights the importance the European Union places on Cyprus and its relations with the island.
