The Cyprus Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works has announced the cancellation of preliminary approvals for the Electromobility Promotion Scheme for beneficiaries who did not submit a vehicle order within the specified timeframe. This concerns those who received preliminary approval via email on December 11, 2025. Consequently, preliminary approvals will be sent to reserve applicants in categories D5, D7, D8, D9, and D10. Specifically, applications from drawing position 381 to 483 will be approved for category D5, from 41 to 57 for D7, from 41 to 46 for D8, from 51 to 66 for D9, and from 11 to 13 for D10. Reserve applicants will receive instructions for posting an order (for new vehicles) or submitting an order (for used vehicles) within a specific deadline. The Department of Road Transport reminds that if the initial beneficiaries do not implement the approval within the deadline, approvals will be sent to the next reserve applicants based on the lottery ranking.
