Members of the YKAN (Cyprus Drug and Addiction Control Unit) stopped a car in Limassol driven by a 25-year-old man following an assessment of information. During the inspection, a handmade cigarette with traces of cannabis, a metal grinder containing a small amount of cannabis, and a precision scale were found and confiscated. The 25-year-old was arrested for immediate offense, and a subsequent search of his home revealed an additional 220 grams of cannabis, 20 flares, a firecracker, and a complete round of military ammunition. YKAN and the Limassol TAE (Crime Investigation Department) continue their investigations.
