Bank of Cyprus Announces New Audit Committee Composition

The Bank of Cyprus announced changes to the composition of its Board of Directors' Audit Committee, effective February 1st. Irene Psalti will be the new Chair of the Audit Committee, with Monique Hemerijck, Adrian Lewis, and Georgios Sirichas as members. The remaining Board committees – Risk Management, Human Resources & Remuneration, Appointments & Corporate Governance, and Technology – will retain their existing composition. These changes aim to strengthen corporate governance and oversight within the Bank of Cyprus.
