Remedica Responds to Video Scandal and Donation Allegations – 'No Benefit to President Christodoulides'

Remedica has issued a statement regarding the circulating video and allegations of donations to President Christodoulides. The company assures that the owner of LetterOne, Remedica's parent company, is not subject to sanctions and that LetterOne is fully independent of shareholders subject to sanctions, with none of them having any influence or benefit from the company. Furthermore, Remedica categorically denies any political donations to the benefit of the President. It states that the donation of €75,000 made in July 2023 to the official Cyprus Fire Support Account was a response to a public appeal to support those affected by the fires, including Remedica employees, and is fully documented. The company seeks to distance itself from any attempt to associate it with unfair practices.
