Russia Deploys Nuclear Missile Systems After Drone Attack on Putin's Residence (Video)

Russia has announced the deployment of a nuclear-capable missile system in Belarus, one day after Moscow claimed a major drone attack on Vladimir Putin's residence. The new Oreshnik missile system appeared in a video released by the Russian Ministry of Defense, showing soldiers camouflaging combat vehicles. The move is seen as an attempt to intimidate Europe and escalate the war in Ukraine, reducing the time it would take a Russian missile to reach an EU capital. President Lukashenko stated that ten Oreshnik systems would be stationed in the country. Simultaneously, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned of “retaliation” against Kyiv, while the Ukrainian Foreign Minister dismissed Russia's claims about the drone attack as fabricated.
