Slight Weekly Gains of 0.4% at the CSE

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) closed the week with slight gains of 0.4%, despite concerns caused by threats of tariffs from the US. The General Index recorded a negligible increase, closing at 291.66 points. The FTSE/CySE 20 index rose by 0.63%, closing at 174.22 points, while trading volume increased significantly due to interest in Bank of Cyprus shares. Eurobank announced the successful pricing of a €400 million bond issue, with strong demand from investors, particularly from abroad. The issue was oversubscribed by 9.5 times, allowing the bank to reduce the credit spread.
